Students often look for ways to express their gratitude for the learning, support and life guidance they experience in our programs. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a multi-lesson project in which students can unleash their creativity as they design expressions of their appreciation.
Workshop Learning Objectives - Participants will be able to:
- consider and explore (with students) a performance-based approach to expressing thanks to their Program-staff/funders/volunteers etc.,
- identify Massachusetts Writing/Listening/Speaking Standards and CCR Standards, across Levels, that support this curriculum project, and
- specify, and try out specific elements of the lesson plans.
